At Hanabee, we take pride in delivering the freshest flowers, straight from our farm to your vase! 🌸 While we work hard to ensure every Flower is perfect, we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

How to request a refund:
- Take a clear photo of the flowers within 2 hours of delivery.
- Email us at hello.hanabee@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 7090045656 with your order number and photo.
- If approved, we’ll process your refund or an adjustment of the amount towards your next order.
Refunds & Adjustments:
- Refunds will take a minimum of 3 working days to process.
- An adjustment of the amount towards your next order.
Please note:
- No refunds for minor natural variations (every flower is unique!).
