Hannabee brightening my 2025!

I've subscribed to hannabee's floral harmony for 6 months or more now. Flower delivery days are very exciting because they out do themselves as each bunch comes along. My whole house feels so much more welcoming and bright with their flowers. They last long, are beautiful and hannabee gives me so many new varieties of flowers. Your flowers will arrive in the bud stage, wrapped carefully in our sustainable, minimal packaging.
This means they open slowly at your home and stay fresh for longer - the way farm-fresh flowers should.

Can I skip or pause a delivery?

Yes, you can skip or pause your delivery.
Please reach out to our customer care team to understand the terms and timings for pausing.

Are the flowers farm-grown?

Yes. All flowers are grown either at our farm or across our partner farms - always fresh and sourced responsibly.

Do you add fillers?

Yes - but only when they elevate the design and complement the flowers.
We never use fillers to make a bunch look bulkier.

How are the flowers packed?

Your flowers are wrapped in sustainable, minimal packaging designed to protect the stems while keeping the experience simple and clean.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We don’t offer cancellations, but you can always pause your subscription or pass the delivery to someone else for that cycle.
It’s flexible and easy - just message us

Will I get different flowers every time?

Yes! You’ll receive different flowers each cycle, based on what’s growing at our farms and partner farms.
Everything is always fresh, seasonal, and handpicked for your routine.

What if I’m not at home during delivery?

We can leave your flowers with your security, neighbour, or deliver in a different time slot on the same day.
Just let us know what works best for you.

How long will the flowers last?

Most flowers last 4–7 days, depending on the variety.
This also depends on how well you care for them - clean vase, trimmed stems, fresh water, and keeping them away from direct heat helps them last much longer.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Bangalore.
You can check your location easily during checkout.

What if my bunch arrives damaged?

If something doesn’t look right, please let us know within 2 hours of receiving your flowers.
Share a clear picture, and we’ll have your bunch replaced on your next delivery cycle.

How big are the bunches?

The size varies depending on the theme, but every bunch is designed to look clean, balanced, and generous - never too small, never overdone.
We focus on good stems, thoughtful fillers, and a design that feels natural in your home.
