1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
At Hanabee, we’re committed to delivering the freshest flowers right to your door! Once you place an order, you get to choose your preferred delivery slot. Please ensure any cancellations are made before the scheduled time slot you’ve selected. Cancellations after this window may not be accepted.
Timing of Your Order
Choose your desired delivery time slot when placing your order. Should there be any changes or updates to your slot, we will notify you promptly. For any inquiries, reach out to us at 70900 45656.
Last-Minute Changes
We’re flexible! Last-minute changes to your order are accepted. However, please note that flower customizations made more than once will incur an additional charge of ₹149.
Pausing or Cancelling Your Subscription
Need to pause or cancel your subscription? Simply inform us via WhatsApp at 70900 45656, and we’ll take care of it!

Your payment will be processed at checkout, and for subscriptions, charges will be made according to your chosen frequency.
3. PRICES
All prices listed exclude delivery charges. The delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and delivery time.
