Hanabee’s Freshness Guarantee & Refund Policy

At Hanabee, we take pride in delivering the freshest flowers, straight from our farm to your vase! 🌸 While we work hard to ensure every Flower is perfect, we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

When to request a refund:
The flowers arrive damaged or not fresh.

How to request a refund:
1. Take a clear photo of the flowers within 2 hours of delivery.
2. Email us at hello.hanabee@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 7090045656 with your order number and photo.
3. If approved, we’ll process your refund or an adjustment of the amount towards your next order.

Refunds & Adjustments:
• Refunds will take a minimum of 3 working days to process.
• An adjustment of the amount towards your next order.

Please note:
• No refunds for minor natural variations (every flower is unique!).
Refunds or Adjustments are only available with photo proof within the 2-hour window after delivery.
